About NENN

NENN Mobile Veterinary Service was founded in 2020 by Dr. Katie Nenneker and her husband Greg Marx with a mission to revolutionize the veterinary industry through innovation - enhancing the care and well-being of animals while ensuring long-term economic sustainability for dedicated veterinary professionals. As a fully mobile practice, we eliminate the stress of transport by delivering expert, compassionate care directly to your barn, farm, or home.

Dr. Katie Nenneker leads our team with a special focus on equine medicine, offering advanced care in wellness, dentistry, lameness evaluations, and regenerative therapies. Nenn has grown into a full-service mobile veterinary team that cares for more than just horses - we serve a wide variety of animals, including cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, alpacas, and companion animals like dogs and cats.

Our team lives our mission every day, through our six core values:

Accountable

We own our results with integrity, precision and pride.

Disciplined

Excellence is a way of operating, not a one-time act.

Impactful

We don’t just provide care—we elevate lives.

Transparent

Clarity, honesty, and openness define how we lead.

Inspirational

We set the standard and raise it.

Passionate

We bring heart to everything we do.
